World War 2 project

Posted by on February 3, 2013

We’ve had a fantastic week with our project.  The children are very enthusiastic about the topic, and several have brought in things to share with the class.  (Now that I’ve got the camera charged and a memory card that has space I can start sharing pictures of their things)

We’ve also had a visit for Mr. Jordan of the Liss Historical Society.  He brought three visitors with him.  All three of our visitors had been evacuated during the war.  The children were fascinated to hear about the very different experiences of our visitors.
